In order to further implement the strategic organizational transformation of Express LUCK Group, clarify the decomposition of strategic indicators for each center, and identify the key tasks for achieving project indicators, on May 31st, the General Office organized a seminar on “Strategic Organizational Transformation – Company Indicators and Key Task Decomposition”, which was jointly attended by the Management Center, center heads, and business backbones.

 

 

This meeting explained the three stages of strategy, released the group’s strategic goals, promoted the methodology of the strategic meeting discussion, and sorted out the main indicators and key tasks of each center through the logic of the balanced scorecard. Each center organizes its core members to discuss the main indicators and key tasks for achieving strategic goals based on the company’s strategic objectives and meeting training methods. The atmosphere on site was lively, with active participation and everyone expressing their own opinions, actively providing suggestions and ideas to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
