On March 2, 2022, the opening ceremony of the second batch of management trainee camp of Express LUCK Group in 2022 was held in the large meeting room on the sixth floor of the company’s headquarters in Shenzhen. On behalf of the company, the Human Resources and Administration Center welcomed everyone to join the Express LUCK Group, and hoped that everyone would become three types of talents of Express according to the requirements of the «Management Training Program».

According to the introduction of the Golden Seeds Management Trainee Development Program, the trainees learned about the company’s positioning of the management trainees the Management Trainee Talent Profile. By understanding the curriculum, practical training arrangements, and classrooms during the training period, they gained clearer goals for the current stage.

After the opening ceremony, the trainees conducted ice-breaking activities to enhance mutual understanding. After a simple grouping, each group introduced themselves and carried out a series extension activities in a group manner, further enhancing the team’s cohesion and collaboration ability.
