On September 12, 2022, the Industry 4.0 project of Express LUCK Group was officially launched at Sudi Zhongshan Science and Technology Park, marking Express LUCK ‘s entry into the field of intelligent manufacturing.

This project has specially invited the Hong Kong Productivity Council as the technical advisor, working with the heads of various departments of Express LUCK Group to form a special project team. The project has officially entered the 1i stage of Industry 4.0, achieving data visualization. Express LUCK Group will gradually advance from the 1i stage, eventually realizing the full implementation of Industry 4.0.

Industry 4.0 is not only a revolution but also an elevation in cognitive concepts. Express LUCK has already introduced IT systems such as PLM/SAP/MES, and has made significant progress in visualization. After the implementation of Industry 4.0 , with the support of the entire IoT system and the training of VSM value streams, a comprehensive cognitive enhancement will be carried out in areas such as lean production in smart manufacturing, accelerating the transformation of Express LUCK from dataization to informatization, and ultimately to intelligence.
