After being carefully mentored by the talent management coaches of the Express LUCK Academy and with the dedicated management of the head teacher, the group represented their groups in the phase summary, sharing their understanding of the core concept of Golden Seeds, and combining their observations and experiences in the management trainee boot to set their own three-year career goals.
