On March 2, 2022, the opening ceremony of the second batch of management trainee camp of Express LUCK Group in 2022 was held in the large meeting room on the sixth floor of the company’s headquarters in Shenzhen. On behalf of the company, the Human Resources and Center welcomed everyone to join the Express Group, and hoped that everyone would become three types of talents of Express LUCK according to the requirements of the Management Training Program.

According to the Golden Seed Management Trainee Development, the trainees understood the company’s positioning for management trainees through the Management Trainee Talent Portrait. By understanding the courses, practical training arrangements, and class during the training period, they had a clearer goal for the current stage.
