为帮助管培生学习基本职场技能,快速适应从学生到职场人的角色转变,彩迅集团开展了2024届管培生集训营活动。在各个部门的全力协助下,集训营顺利结营!

 

 

经过三个星期的学习,管培生们完成了彩迅集团职业化培训,通过理论与实践的结合,让管培生们能够更快掌握岗位工作内容,更好的实现从学生到职场人的华丽转身。

 

 

结营仪式上,各部门领导为各位管培生颁发结业证书,并对他们成为彩迅集团的一员表示热烈的欢迎!在培训过程中,通过团队协作能力、学习表现、活动参与、创新能力等维度,综合评选出了4位表现突出的优秀学员,并为他们颁发证书和礼品。

金种子人才管理MiniMBA项目第一阶段成果输出与学习复盘会举行

在公司的大力支持下,彩迅集团第一届金种子人才管理之Mini MBA项目从2021年10月份开始实施,经过综合评估,共录取了93名学员。经过两个月的学习历程,共完成了“自我管理”课程中的四个模块:“管理角色认知”、“成就导向与行动”、“问题解决”、“高效沟通”,共10门课程。人才管理始于业务,终于业务。如何把学习的知识转化为助推业绩的能力?如何把学习的知识转化为公司的知识萃取?如何让后续的学习更加科学、高效?在2021年12月29日下午,第一届金种子人才管理之Mini MBA 项目第一阶段的成果输出和学习复盘会在公司多功能厅举行,36名学员代表、4名观察员一起参加了此次会议。

彩迅集团2022届第一批管培生成长记

管培生的培养从职场意识的塑造,到对公司产品业务的了解,到逐步胜任岗位要求,再到心理建设跟踪。培训流程的规划要从整个公司人才的需求出发,价值观契合,走在公司发展的主航道上不偏移,从本质上符合公司人才体系建设要求,既是现在进行时,同样也是要为未来的发展进行提前布局。

彩迅集团2022届第二批管培生成长记

2022年3月2日,彩迅集团2022届第二批管培生集训营开营仪式在深圳总部六楼大会议室召开。人力行政中心代表公司欢迎大家加入彩迅集团,并且希望大家按照金种子人才管理管培生指引手册的要求一起做彩迅的三股劲人才。

 

 

按照金种子管培生培养指南,管培生们通过管培生人才画像了解了公司对于管培生的定位。并通过对培训期间的课程、实训安排和班级活动的了解,更加清晰了现阶段的目标。

 

在开营仪式后,管培生们进行破冰活动,增进相互之间的了解。在简单的分组之后,各个小组分别进行了团队展示,并以小组为单位进行一系列拓展活动,进一步提升团队之间的凝聚力与团队协作能力。

Logistic and Supply Chain Executives

Job duties

  • Coordinate with internal departments and overseas branches to ensure logistics related matters

  • Monitor and manage on shipment KPI reports

  • Assist in logistic tenders and evaluate the best logistics solution

  • Gather shipments data and prepare reports

  • Participate in different development projects and make proposition of supply chain solutions and production process

  • Coordinate with factories on warehouse matters

  • Travel to overseas might require

Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably major in Supply Chain Management, Business or related disciplines

  • Knowledge of International logistics is preferred

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility

  • Good command of English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

  • Willing to work in China and overseas

  • Basic training in China, then relocate to overseas if necessary

  • CV needs bilingual (English and Chinese)

Management Trainees

This Management Trainee is a 3-year training program which is designed to provide a high-quality mentorship and on-the-job training in the electronic discipline.

Job duties

The Program will begin at around July and August 2019. You will

  • Undergo the on-the job training, cross-functional attachments, special projects / assignments and real case projects

  • Attend periodic evaluations

  • Work in different departments to gain perspectives

  • Handle assigned tasks to gain familiarity

  • Work with Chairman or other senior management directly to plan and direct the work of the organization

  • Might relocate to overseas facilities or frequent travel to developing countries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university

  • First Honour is definitely an advantage and highly preferred

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two years’ working experience

  • Excellent command of English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), additional language is an advantage

  • Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve excellence

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Energetic, responsible and strong team-players

  • Willing to work in China and overseas

  • Basic training in China, then relocate to overseas if necessary
